about
Current NPWT devices are largely optimized for hospital environments, with visually clinical forms, dense interfaces, and limited ergonomic consideration, restricting safe and confident use in home-care settings.
This design adopts a human-centered, home-compatible medical design language, balancing clinical trust with approachability. A compact, monolithic enclosure minimizes seams to support hygiene and regulatory cleaning requirements, while a neutral, soft-matte CMF reduces visual stress and medical intimidation. The forward-slanted display enhances glanceability across bedside and tabletop use, improving posture and reducing cognitive load.
The UX system is intentionally simplified, exposing only essential controls and information to establish a clear interaction hierarchy, reduce use error, and support safe operation by users of varied age groups and technical familiarity. The result is a portable NPWT device that maintains medical-grade performance while enabling reliable, independent use across both hospital and home environments.
